If you are submitting a credit inquiry:
1) You MUST send along proof of completion for any offer that you are requesting credit for. Make sure the proof includes the FULL email (if you are attaching a confirmation email), and that your name and date are included in each item of proof.
2) Ensure that you are still an active member of the service or website in question. If you have already cancelled or returned the product or service and have not gotten credit, we will not be able to obtain your credit.
